מִ֥י יִתֵּ֣ן מִצִּיּוֹן֮ יְשׁוּעַ֪ת יִשְׂרָ֫אֵ֥ל בְּשׁ֣וּב יְהוָה שְׁב֣וּת עַמּ֑וֹ יָגֵ֥ל יַעֲקֹ֗ב יִשְׂמַ֥ח יִשְׂרָֽאֵל ׃ וּתְשׁוּעַ֣ת צַדִּיקִים מֵיְהוָ֑ה מָֽעוּזָּ֗ם בְּעֵ֣ת צָרָֽה ׃ וַיַעְזְרֵם יהוה וַיְפַלְטֵם, יְפַלְטֵם מֵרְשָׁעִים וְיוֹשִׁיעֵם, כִּי חָסוּ בוֹ ׃

May it be Your will, Hashem, our God and the God of our forefathers, in the merit of the the psalms and all the verses and words of which the psalms are composed; and in the merit of the holy and pure Divine Names that emanate from them, that you grant us atonement for all our transgressions, pardon all our iniquities, and forgive all our sins, by which we have transgressed, been iniquitous, and sinned before You. Return us in complete repentance before You. Guide us in Your service and open our hearts to the study of Your Torah. Send a full recovery to the sick of Your nation (for a sick person: Hebrew Name son/daughter of Mother's Name). Proclaim liberty for captives and freedom for prisoners. For all wayfarers and voyagers of the seas and rivers, who are of Your people, Israel - rescue them from pain and injury and bring them to their destination alive and well. May You remember all who are childless, with healthy children who will serve You and fear You. Protect pregnant women of Your nation, Israel, that they not miscarry; and those upon the birthstool, with Your abundant mercy protect them from all evil. Cause the nursing mothers not to lack milk in their breasts. May diphtheria, all forms of evil spirits and all afflictions and evil occurrences not hold sway over any children of Your people, the family of Israel Raise them to Your Torah, to study the Torah for its own sake. Protect them from the evil eye, from pestilence, from plague, from Satan and from the evil inclination. Nullify all harsh and evil decrees that threaten to harm us and Your entire nation, Israel, wherever they are. Let a benign spirit sway the hearts of the government regarding us, that they may decree favorable laws upon us. Dispatch blessing and success upon all our handiwork. Prepare our livelihood from Your open and generous hand and may Your people Israel not be forced to rely upon one another nor upon another nation. Give every person an ample livelihood, and grant everybody whatever he lacks. Speedily, hurry to redeem us and build our Temple of holiness and splendor. (In the merit of the Thirteen Attributes of Mercy recorded in Your Torah - as it says: Hashem, Hashem, God, Merciful and Compassionate, Slow to Anger, and Abundant in Kindness and Truth. Preserver of Kindness thousands of generations, Forgiver of Iniquity, Transgression and Sin. He Who Erases - the invocation which is never turned away empty handed from Your presence.) Assist us, O God of our salvation, for the sake of Your Name's glory. Rescue us and atone for our transgressions for Your Name's sake. Blessed is Hashem forever - Amen and Amen.

יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלְפָנֶיךָ יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ וְאֱלֹהֵי אֲבוֹתֵינוּ, שֶׁבִזְכוּת מִזְמוֹרֵי הַתְהִלִים שֶׁקָרָאנוּ לְפָנֶיךָ, וּבִּזְכוּת פְּסוּקֵיהֶם וְתֵבוֹתֵיהֶם, וְאוֹתִיוֹתֵיהֶם וּנְקוּדוֹתֵיהֶם, וְטַעֲמֵיהֶם, וּבִּזְכוּת שְׁמוֹתֶיךָ הַקְדוֹשִׁים וְהַטְהוֹרִים הַיוֹצְאִים מֵהֶם. שֶׁתְכַפֶּר לָנוּ עַל כָּל חַטֹאתֵינוּ וְתִסְלָח לָנוּ עַל כָּל עֲווֹנוֹתֵינוּ, וְתִמְחַל לָנוּ עַל כָּל פְּשָׁעֵינוּ שֶׁחָטָאנוּ וְשֶעָוִינוּ וְשֶׁפָּשַעְנוּ לְפָנֶיךָ. וְהַחֲזִירֵנוּ בִּתְשוּבָה שְׁלֵמָה לְפָנֶיךָ, וְהַדְרִיכֵנוּ לַעֲבוֹדָתֶךָ וְתִפְתַח לִבֵּנוּ בְּתַלְמוּד תוֹרָתֶךָ. וְתִשְׁלָח רְפוּאָה שְׁלֵמָה לְחוֹלֵי עַמֶךָ (ולָחולה: לומר את שם החולה ושם אמו). וְתִקְרָא לִשְבוּיִים דְרוֹר וְלַאֲסוּרִים פְּקַח קוֹחַ, וּלְכָל הוֹלְכֵי דְרָכִים וְעוֹבְרֵי יָמִים וּנְהָרוֹת מֵעַמְךָ יִשְׂרָאֵל תַצִילֵם מִכָּל צָעָר וָנֵזֵק, וְתַגִיעֵם לִמְחוֹז חֶפְצָם לְחַיִים וּלְשָׁלוֹם. וְתִפְקוֹד לְכָל חֲשׂוּכֵי בָּנִים בְּזֶרַע שֶׁל קַיָמָא לַעֲבוֹדָתֶך וּלְיִרְאָתֶךָ. וְעוּבָּרוֹת שֶׁל עַמְךָ בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל תַצִילֵן שֶׁלֹא תַפֵּלְנָה וְלָדוֹתֵיהֶן, וְהָיוֹשְבוֹת עַל הַמַשְבֵּר בְּרַחֲמֶיךָ הָרַבִּים תַצִילֵן מִכָּל רָע, וְאֶל הַמֵנִיקוֹת תַשְׁפִּיע שֶׁלֹא יֶחְסַר חָלָב מִדַדֵיהֶן. וְאַל יִמְשוֹל אַסְכְּרָה וְשֵׁדִין וְרוּחִין וְלִילִין, וְכָל פְּגָעִים וּמַרְעִין בִּישִׁין בְּכָל יַלְדֵי עַמְךָ בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל, וּתְגַדְלֵם לְתוֹרָתֶךָ לִלְמוֹד תוֹרָה לִשְׁמָה, וְתַצִילֵם מִעַיִן הָרָע וּמִדֶבֶר וּמִמָגֵפָה וּמִשָׂטָן וּמִיֵצֶר הָרָע. וּתְבַטֵל מֵעָלֵינוּ וּמִכָּל עַמְךָ בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל, בְּכָל מָקוֹם שֶהֵם, כָּל גְזֵרוֹת קָשוֹת וְרָעוֹת, וְתַטֶה לֵב הַמַלְכוּת עָלֵינוּ לְטוֹבָה. וְתִגְזוֹר עָלֵינוּ גְזֵרוֹת טוֹבוֹת, וְתִשְׁלַח בְּרָכָה וְהַצְלָחָה בְּכָל מַעֲשֵׂה יָדֵינוּ, וְהָכֵן פַּרְנָסָתֵינוּ מִיָדְךָ הָרְחָבָה וְהַמְלֵאָה, וְלֹא יִצְטָרְכוּ עַמְךָ בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל זֶה לָזֶה וְלֹא לְעַם אַחֵר, וְתֵן לְכָל אִישׁ וָאִישׁ דֵי פַּרְנָסָתוֹ וּלְכָל גְוִיָה וּגְוִיָה דֵי מַחְסוֹרָה. וּתְמַהֵר וְתָחִישׁ לְגָאֳלֵנוּ וְתִבְנֶה בֵּית מִקְדָשֵׁנוּ וְתִפְאַרְתֵנוּ. וּבִזְכוּת שְׁלוֹשׁ עֶשְׂרֵה מִידוֹתֶיךָ שֶׁל רַחֲמִים הַכְּתוּבִים בְּתוֹרָתֶךָ כְּמוֹ שֶׁנֶאֱמַר: יְיָ, יְיָ, אֵל רַחוּם וְחַנוּן, אֶרֶךְ אַפַּיִם וְרַב חֶסֶד וֶאֶמֱת, נֹצֵר חֶסֶד לָאֲלָפִים נֹשֵא עָוֹן וָפֶשָׁע וְחַטָאָה וְנַקֵה, שֶׁאֵינָן חוֹזְרוֹת רֵיקָם מִלְפָנֶיךָ, עָזְרֵנוּ אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׁעֵנוּ עַל דְבַר כְּבוֹד שְׁמֶךָ וְהַצִילֵנוּ וְכַפֵּר עַל חַטֹאתֵינוּ לְמַעַן שְׁמֶךָ. בָּרוּךְ יְיָ לְעוֹלָם אָמֵן וְאָמֵן.
